items = Item.select(orderBy="rate / 1+ EXTRACT(HOUR FROM AGE(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
updated))")
PS. I am sure you mean
rate / (1+ EXTRACT(HOUR FROM AGE(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, updated)))
