J� tive um problema parecido uma vez. Mesmo com o �cone da aplica��o apontando para o diret�rio correto de Deploy das DLL's (nas "Propriedades" -> guia "Atalho" -> Campo "Iniciar em") a aplica��o n�o encontrava algumas DLL's e tamb�m perdia algumas funcionalidades. Resolvemos o problema instalando todos os execut�veis de produ��o no mesmo diret�rio das DLL's. Espero que isso ajude.
