Yes, this public key is available on MIT server (pgp.mit.edu). The information is also available inside the public key itself. You can import the KEYS file into your local repository first (such as "gpg --import KEYS"). Then you can list the key information (such as "gpg --list-keys") and verify the release tarball (such as "gpg --verify <file>.asc <file>").
