Hi Patrick, I think that for this project we have split up the vote into two separate votes - first for the PPMC and the second for IPMC. This is documented in the How To Release [1] guide on the wiki as well. Bilung's last mail just closes out the PPMC vote and he mentions below that he will be starting the general incubator vote soon.
Do you think that this process should be modified to call a single vote instead?
