Following is the draft board resolution proposal for Sqoop project. Please discuss any concerns regarding this proposal in this thread. Once the discussion settles down, I will take the final proposal to VOTE on the Incubator general list for being voted by IPMC.
Some things to note regarding this proposal: - The initial PMC is listed as the current PPMC without the mentors included. If the mentors would like to remain on the project, please add yourself into the PMC list in the alphabetical order. - Since we have not yet decided on the Chair of PMC position, that entry in the draft proposal is put in as TBD. Before this called for vote, this will be replaced by the appropriate name. The proposal is published at [1] and is copied below for quick reference.
