It does not have to be the same album the "no album" album ? If that made sense can be files from several folders . So if there is a song that does not have an album tag and there is an artwork file in the same folder . Or any other "no album" song having this image embedded ?
There is some basic assumptions . Each album is within its own folder . A songs belongs to an album , If not tagged as such they get lumped together in "no album" .
