That's probably not restarting LMS ? If it's the on off button in LMS
web UI .

If the NAS has some menu for restarting running apps then maybe .

You could use SSH and restart LMS via a terminal .

Verifying your network settings on the NAS is the key.

If you use static IP you must usually specify .

IP number , which you have done .
Subnet , which you also did .

But did you set the following .

DNS server and gateway ? Both of these are usually your routers IP if
the router provides DNS for your network .

A common cause for not reaching internet is a missing DNS setting .
