No, what i am suggesting is that the only way to test if Kaspersky is causing your problem is to completely uninstall it. For what it's worth, for the past several years I have been running W7.W8.1pro (and W10Pro latterly) with only the default Windows Essentials/Defender supplemented with an occasional scan from Malwarbytes free program. No problem.
