The TS219 is quite an old model isn't it ? Scanning will be slow and the processor may have difficulty with transcoding. Do yourself a favour and do want Ronnie says. LMS on a Pi using Picoreplayer pointed at the files on your QNAP. It will perform much more quickly and things like iPlayer and Spotify will work but you will struggle getting them to do so on the QNAP.
