I have the exact same problem. LMS web control does not load nor is it highlighted. I have Windows 10 Pro and Kaspersky Total Security 2017 and Firefox. The Kaspersky tech spent 6 hours trying to determine the cause and came up empty. Very frustrating. I wonder if there is a different media server that would work as well as LMS?
