Let me just for the record, mention that the "reason" I ended up updating nightly's ever so often, is simply because LMS tells me every time a new nightly is available, and it downloads the new nightly automatically, and installs it automatically at the next restart. This is not a result of anything I have done. It just takes place by itself. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
