Ok, I figured it out. I decided to uninstall and install again and noticed that I couldn't find the folder. It turned out that Comodo in all its wisdom decided to install everything in its VTroot folder, a hidden folder for what ever reason and that prevented anything from accessing it. Uninstalled Comodo and reinstalled LMS and now it works. =)
