If the plugin is indeed disabled, then your Cambridge isn't connecting
to LMS, plain and simple.

I think you need to describe your problem a little better. Where is
Twonky installed for instance? Could there be another media server
running on the same laptop?

If you have installed the latest LMS I don't think you need to bother
with the --noupnp option, as far as I understand it has been removed as
of version 7.9.0
