The log has the strange discontinuities and corrupted log entries as far
back as april. They are not as common but I believe that is because
logging wasn't active compared to enableing player.source.
There are also many other unusual entries. A clean install would be
good ideas. Make sure system start and library clean & rescan have no
errors. Do not to install plugins such as C3PO and Raopbridge and
upnpbridge until you are happy that you can play files to players. Then
install a plugin one at a time and retest.

The discontuity seems to be due to a problem with log file and buffers
being "flushed" twice. COuld be a system problem but could also be two
processes writing to log, plugin with different log setting etc..
