Probably your QNAP ran out of flash memory since /tmp lies there. And if your QNAP doesn't use HDA_DATA but CACHEDEV1_DATA as mountpoint for your HDD, /share/HDA_DATA lies in flash, too. With the symbolic link you avoid filing up the flash. But the move command won't run through, either. Do not forget to remove the tgz from /share/HDA_DATA/Public to get some flash memory back.
