Thought so as QLogitechMediaServer is based on the QNap Software. So if it was causing a problem with QCenter, there would be a fault is there own software. Must say could get a bit angry, regarding there messages to you say this. But i think they where think about the SSODS/SSOTS error, where it has its own bash.
I think because QCenter uses the https protocol, you should look in to that way. Did some testing with my TS-453a QTS 4.3.4 and QCenter in combination with Google chrome and firefox no problem here.
