Did a Teamviewer session with QNAP this morning. They removed the 'root' user rebooted and Q'center now works. It connects to itself and my other QNAP NAS. After they disconnected the session I reinstalled LMS. Guess what? LMS is working, Q'center is working, and there is no 'root' user. So the issue was definitely the 'root' user but not LMS. I have no idea what package added that ID. All is working as it should. Thanks for the assistance.
