That fix was to alter the URL BBC used when still playing Flash. Flash is now no longer used by BBC so BBC Radio App is dead. The BBC Radio App was special in that it implemented in "C" (not Lua) the handling of Flash streams and extracting the AAC audio. This means it didn't need LMS to play "Listen Again". To support current BBC Listen Again without LMS would need either native HLS or DASH support in Touch.
