Found another program that has issues with the file name - frhed (free hex editor). To me it appears there's something invalid in the file name that some programs can handle and some programs can't. So I believe the error is in wherever DBPoweramp gets the file name. Now that I've found a 2nd program that can't open this file I think I'll just be happy using my renamed copy of the song. Just another FYI, I bought the album from Amazon so it's not the version of the album from Target with the 2 bonus songs exclusively available from Target or target.com.
