well, never mind I assumed it was a mysb problem and there is
something with power cycling clients for some changes to be taken into
account.
Now I'm a bit confused... is there anything left to be worried about? :-)
FWIW: mysb.com has seen very little changes over the past year. It's
still running 7.7.x.

I'd be surprised if anything changed in LMS 7.7 to the worse (not saying
something outside LMS could have changed which would require some 7.7
tweak!)
