I suspect that LMS logs (server and scanner) will be needed.
Some questions though ...

Which version of LMS (latest is 8.0)?
Is your iTunes library your only source of track / playlist info?
Which version of iTunes and on which OS (including version) - reason -
big changes in Mac Catelina.

Have you run a full scan ("clear library and rescan everything")?
