Good question. I don't have Spotify etc. But radio didn't work either, and now does. But I don't think it was an IP problem. My router discovers it as a wired connection with the correct IP and MAC address
IP might be correct, but DNS and/or gateway could be wrong. That's all pretty much irrelevant if only you let LMS proxy the streams, but vital if you want to strem to your device directly.
