No - you would have to edit the file Slim/Utils/PluginDownloader.pm and put a sleep 1; just before that line in the file. However, if you are not used to editing Perl files on your NAS then it is best not to attempt it and wait instead for further analysis/testing from bpa or mherger since that would probably result in an official software change that you could install by more regular routes (assuming something is found).
