Yes. In the meantime, the only advice the OP could try is to remove all
3rd party plugins and make srue the error goes away and then just
install C3PO - if error comes back then error is defitnitely associated
with C3PO 

The "PAR" module is a way of packaging plugins which can cause problems
- I'm not sure of C3PO used it.
