I followed the method outlined here --

-- removed the symlink, and put a copy of the HTTP.pm file in it's place
that I could edit. You will probably still need to use sudo  to edit &
save your change.

I don't know how comprehensive the piCorePlayer backup function is. The
edited HTTP.pm file still might be replaced with a "bad" version if the
Pi was rebooted.
