Ah, I see - the presence of the embedded CUE sheet is inferred by its effect on the scanner. I did try Googling, but will try again. As far as I could see, the CUE file not only referenced a WAV file that didn't exist, but subsequent to the original rip, I have reorganised the files. I believe I ripped this from CD, but I cannot remember what ripper I used!
