I've reproduced the error and will now try to see why it has been broken.
You are using a cue file format called "Multiple WAV Files With Gaps (Noncompliant) " The cue format is unusual and "non-compliant" which seems to mean it is non standard and only supported by a few applications. This may be the reason why so few users have reported the issue.
