Yes, do try over at the openSUSE forums as they -can -be very helpful.
However, because I did a fresh update of Tumbleweed yesterday (after
your post) and this is fine, I don't think it's a global openSUSE change
impacting legacy applications, but something specific to your system.

Also from a logic perspective, have you done -another -system update
since you first posted on 2020-12-03?  
Because the squeezeboxserver service was being found OK then and was
starting to run (otherwise you wouldn't have run in to the perl
problems).
