Well, that was the only Plugins folder with the Synology package.
According to the server information tab, there are three possible
locations for "Extras" (I assume that means plugins and support files):
/config/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins, /lms/Plugins,
/config/cache/Plugins.

/lms/Plugins is not supposed to be persisted, so that would leave
/config/cache/Plugins?
