It doesn't show up in track details and I'm not sure where Foobar puts it. If you look at Properties for a song in Foobar there's a metadata, details, replay gain and artwork tabs. All of my songs have the album cover in the artwork tab under Front Cover no matter where the image came from. I've added a bunch under Rear Cover and Artist.
