Need to clarify if this is really cue file processing issue or a File Type handling issue which also had big changes. So regardless of the Flac decoding you see all the track in the file and all tracks are shown as playbable but when you trying playing a track with native Flac disabled - what happens ? Error message , silence, plays track from start , other ?
