Ok, so I have a workaround. I added a *Read *Permission for *Everybody * on the music path in question and I can now see and select the various music folders.
It looks like Docker LMS uses a generic user and group ID (99 & 100) that show up as *Nobody* if you check the permissions of the Docker LMS folder.
