Unfortunately, with logging level - nothing! But before I could change the logging level I made an interesting discovery... By long pressing a number on the IR-Remote it was possible to save presets directly at the transporter (what I didn't know before). Doing so with '1', the UI shows the first field in the Presets Editor - So, I did the same with '2' and '3' and the next two configuration field were available. At the end I did a preset via IR-Remote from '0' to '9' and... voilà all presets were configurable within the UI.
