I think this may be the issue on the Plugin difficulty. There have been a number of threads about ReadyNas support for LMS it might be worth looking at. I'm not a ReadyNas user: I run LMS on a Raspberry Pi with files on a QNAS. I dare say someone with more hands-on experience will be along with more specific advice.
