So I'm sorry but I can't reproduce on my installation (odroid C4 = aarch64 + armbian) even with that podcast. Have you tried a completely clean installation (at least erase cache, and maybe former /var/lib/squeezeboxserver directory - make copies!) LMS 8.2 on Odroid-C4 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 5xBoom, 2xDuet, 1xTouch, 1xSB3.
