Well. The main idea is if you no have a compatible decoder, the format is a flac 16-24/44.1Khz but I dont know where is the encoded info in flac. It is a very very strange format and it is no public. I tried to unfold the format with my DragonFly Red (it is compatble), but when using LMS the file is not recognized at MQA. Dragonfly Red uses a color code for advertising the sample frequency. I was told that this is due to the file is modified by LMS. I was told even a digital volume change could do that the file is not recognized as MQA. I even tried to adjust the volume to 100% fixed. See screenshot35808. But not all players let to do this. I.e my Squeezeplay in my mac can't do this. I need Squeezeplay for using my Dragonfly in my Mac. It is a very very confusing format. As you write it could be interesting go use the LMS Tidal Plugin but I have no TIDAL account.
