The behaviour that the artwork doesn't update when listening to a radio stream is something I've noticed earlier. I think this is a very old issue. 36097
36098 As mentioned in the thread, I'm not sure, but I believe that starting a track or a radio stream will cause the images to disappear. Maybe something goes wrong with the update of the artwork and metadata at cache.db.
