******* Right, I recall doing that a few years back so I still have perl and perl5.18 with Full Disk Access. On another thread, I saw that /usr/bin/sh was required which currently does not have full disk access, but not sure how to add that. I don't see it in /usr/bin. (Kind of smells like a DOS command!)
