Any "protocolHandler" message indicate a problem playing a non native URL (e.g. Spotify, Deezer, Audio announcements, HLS) for which there is a special handler. Clearly something is broken. First needs to determine is it part of standard LMS or a 3rd party addon. What are you trying to play ? What is the URL you are trying to play ?
