Yes I do have those kind of files. I will send example of what's in the root of the artist folder. The most are crazy old. But there are also some new ones created by a Jellyfin. Which I started to use when i switched to the PI oktober last year.
Thanks a lot for those file! That .nfo file indeed was causing the issue. I'll have a fix ready soon.
