I have a problem where despite my settings, the LMS media scanner will run. I had originally set it to scan at 4am but it would still scan at random times of the day, so I tried turning it off completely but it still scans at least once a day at seemingly random times. The scan completes but it takes about 25minutes and kills anything playing for the duration of the scan. I'm currently running 8.3.1 but this has been a problem even with the more recent 7.x versions. Anyone else having this problem?
