I'm having exactly the same problem - the options of "I like this song" and "I don't like this song" have disappeared from the right-click menu on my remote as of a couple days ago. It had been working perfectly and all of a sudden it's been gone.
Logging in and logging out, or disconnecting and reconnecting does absolutely nothing. I have Squeezebox also installed on my computer desktop. On my PC monitor, the right-click items for I like/I don't like this song are working perfectly. But on the remote and on the Squeezebox screen on the Squeezebox itself, the two menu options are still gone. Does anyone know how to fix this??? Thanks.
