It's pretty straightforward. Go to www.squeezenetwork.com and sign in. Go to Favourites (http://www.squeezenetwork.com/settings/favorites)
At the bottom of the page is a box "Add Favourites". Add your favourite of choice. There are some limitations as to the types of streams that can be added to Squeezenetwork by the way, but AFAIK, a .asp stream will work ok.
