I telephoned support earlier this afternoon regarding the same problem
with Live365 not connecting.  The support CSR was also unable to
connect to Live365, and indicated that it appeared to be a system wide
problem.  At that point, he indicated that the issue would be referred
to the administrator and he would contact me via e-mail with an update.
Thus far, I have not received any indication that the problem is being
resolved.

We are working on the issue right now.
