I experience the same problems connecting to SN about a week ago as many others. I live in Scotland (UK), my ISP is Tiscali. I tried to use the new version 6.5.1 but that did not run on my computer maybe because a new Internet Explorer was just installed by Windows. In the end it could not display the local host.
To be honest I am a bit lost and not a computer expert as some others seem to be.
