I have one SB3 player MAC: 00:04:20:06:D9:42 that can no longer connect to the Rhapsody service. I continually get "(Getting track info...)" followed by "Rhapsody error. Unable to communicate with Rhapsody." This player works fine with other internet streams. I have other SB3's that are working fine with Rhapsody. I have reloaded firmware and performed a factory reset neither worked. I also noticed that this player does not pick up Library entries added to Rhapsody from the PC. The SB3's that work correctly do.
