I got an error message in the squeezenetwork interface after submitting
my email address etc when signing up for mp3tunes. The error was
"unable to parse JSON response". However the mp3tunes account was
created. The issue I am now facing is that I am not getting my one year
free premium account that I recieved when I used the special code when
purchasing my squeezebox. I am wondering if there was a communication
issue btween the servers that left me without my premium account.

I'd normally send this to support, but when I go to the support link it
says its down.

Any help from Slim?
