I found the below post on Sonos following a lead from y360 that is my case exactly, that is, I have a Comcast email (I joined Rhapsody by way of Comcast). Hope this helps those trying to resolve the problem both at Slim Devices and Rhapsody. There should be a better solution than having to change an email address with Rhapsody!
"Comcast.net email doesn't authenticate cleanly with Rhapsody -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Was on the phone with Rh while posting my last message...and we found the problem. It appears that Rh users who used comcast.net email addresses are authenticated via comast's systems, then through to Rh. When we changed the email to another address (which had to be done through Rh support), in my case yahoo.com, all my Rh favorites returned, and streaming began working again. Careful--don't delete the Rh account, or you'll lose your My... favorites.
