I have entered my Squeezenetwork details into Settings > SqueezeNetwork. I have also entered my Live365 details into the SqueezeNetwork web site. However if in SqueezeCenter I click: Internet Radio > Live365 I get a message saying: "Please login to SqueezeNetwork to use Live365."
