Do you have the account information logged in the Squeeze network website, or are you using the Rhapsody 30 day free trial on the Squeezebox? Remember, if you use the free trial, the system doesn't know who you are, other than being a trial account. Entering your Rhapsody login credentials on the Squeezenetwork accounts page under Rhapsody should show you the same library. It does for me.
